Zoë Morgan Chiswick is a British writer/director for film, theatre, and video game content. She has worked in the film industry since 2008 with credits including: Harry Potter, Enola Holmes II and The Batman. Zoë has written and directed numerous short films and plays and has several projects in development, including an exciting new TV pilot. Zoë’s first screenplay reached the Quarterfinals of the Screencraft Comedy Competition. Her second play placed in the second round of the Papatango New Writing Prize 2021 and her most recent play was long listed for the Bruntwood Playwriting Prize 2022. Four short films that Zoë wrote and directed have been screened worldwide. Her debut play, My Girl, was part of Vault Festival 2018, exploring themes of gender equality. She later adapted the play into a short film called Mine, which she also directed. Three of her plays were featured in the 50/50 Gender Equality Showcase (Anonymous is a Woman Theatre Company), two of which played at the Pleasance Theatre in London. In 2022, Zoë finished writing the female perspective of interactive game, Ten Dates, produced by Good Gate Media with creator, Paul Raschid. The title is planned for release in February 2023 on Steam. Zoë is currently in post production on her latest BFI commissioned short, Out, which she is directing and co-writing.
