Actors' Agents

Adam Leonard Burns - Senior Talent Agent

E : [email protected]

Adam initially trained as an actor, firstly at Motherwell College in Scotland and then on the three year BA Degree course at Mountview Academy Of Theatre Arts in London.

It was during his final year at Mountview, when he found himself spending most of his time (outside of rehearsals!) helping his peers to choose headshots, tweak their Spotlight CV’s, select songs and speeches for auditions, apply to specific agents that he felt (rightly or wrongly!) might be a good fit for them and insisting that they self submit for auditions where possible - whilst at the same time forgetting to do the same for himself….that it started to become apparent that he might be more passionate about the advancement of other peoples careers as performers than he was his own!

After a short, albeit enjoyable, career as an actor - he jumped at the opportunity to join the team at RKA Talent assisting Rob Kelly and Helen Smith. As he embarked on building his own roster of clients, he first concentrated on nurturing talents in the world of Musical Theatre. However, driven by his passion and vision, he soon broadened his horizons to encompass the diverse realms of Theatre, Television, and Film.

In 2018, Adam was given the opportunity to launch an exciting new agency and was delighted to bring across a select number of his clients with whom he would launch Revolution Talent.
