Dean Lines & Ray Bogdanovich

Dean Lines & Ray Bogdanovich are a British screenwriting partnership specialising in high-concept genre projects for film and television. Their latest feature, supernatural thriller PAST LIFE, opened Grimmfest in 2025 before its UK cinema and digital releases in 2026. Produced by Grimmfest Films and directed by Simeon Halligan, it stars Aneurin Barnard, Jeremy Piven, Pixie Lott and Tim McInnerny. Their previous credits include haunted-house horror THE BANISHING, produced by WestEnd Films, directed by Christopher Smith and starring Jessica Brown Findlay and Sean Harris; class-war survival thriller HOUNDED, released by Signature Entertainment in 2022; and their first feature, THE HATTON GARDEN JOB, released theatrically by Signature Entertainment. Their development slate includes the sci-fi chase feature ESCAPE THE NIGHT with Tea Shop & Film Company. They have also worked in a writers’ room on a major BBC drama and developed film and television projects for SquareOne Entertainment in Germany.
